This one-bedroom flat with stripped wooden floors has been fully refurbished in April 2006 and is suitable for up to four people. It is bright and located quietly in the raised ground floor of the side wing of a grand Berlin house dating from about 1900. The fitted kitchen is equipped with gas cooker (Smeg), fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, the tiled bathroom has a bathtub. The spacious living room has an extendable dining table (for up to six people), two sofas (one of which may be used as futon bed, 160x200, Ikea PS), and cable tv (including some international channels such as CNN and BBC). The bedroom has a drawing unit, the bed measures 140x200.

The house is located about 100 m away from the underground station 'Gneisenaustrasse'; car parking is available free of charge in the road (quiet cul de sac); rental bikes are available locally.
