Basispreis sind 55 Euros pro Nacht für eine Person. Für jede weitere Personen erhöht sich der Preis um 10 Euro, bei zwei Personen kostet die Wohnung also 65€, für drei 75€, und für vier 85€. Kinder unter 10 Jahren sind umsonst, bei Aufenthalt von 7 Nächten gilt der Preis für 6. Bei längeren Aufenthalte erhalten Sie gerne auf Anfrage stark reduzierte Sonderkonditionen. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt drei Nächte. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt. Der Preis für die Endreinigung beträgt 25€.

The fundamental price is 55 Euros per night for one person. For two people, the price is 65 €, for three it is 75 €, and for four it is 85€. Children under the age of 10 are free, if you stay 7 nights you only have to pay for 6. Please inquire for longer stays, prices are reduced signficantly. The minimum number of nights is three. Towels and bed linen are available in the flat. For a final cleaning we charge you a one-off fee of 25€.

Il prezzo base é 55 euro per notte per una persona. Per due persone il prezzo é 65 €, per tre 75 € e per quattro 85€. I bambini al di sotto di dieci anno soggiornano gratis. Se il vostro soggiorno é di 7 notti pagherete solo per 6. La permanenza minima é di tre notti. Per soggiorni piú lunghi di una settimana vi preghiamo di contattarci. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono a disposizione degli ospiti.
Il servizio di pulizia costa 25 €.
